- Mr. Varghese possesses over 30 years of extensive experience in Civil construction, including six years in the Middle East (UAE and Kuwait). His career encompasses the successful execution of large-scale commercial projects in the Middle East and several major hydroelectric projects under the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB). He retired as Deputy Chief Engineer (NC) from KSEB. Renowned for his dynamic leadership, strategic project management expertise and exceptional ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, Mr. Varghese consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and the successful delivery of complex Engineering projects.

- A seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 35 years of comprehensive experience in project management, plant operations and maintenance across leading industrial sectors. Mr. Radhakrishnan demonstrated expertise in handling large-scale water supply and infrastructure projects with proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver projects within time, cost and quality parameters. Adept at technical planning, coordination and execution of projects, with a strong record of innovation, problem-solving, and leadership in diverse industrial environments.

- Over 30 years of experience in various Construction and Contract Management positions for contracts in India and abroad. Started as Civil/Structural Construction Engineer and relieved after 25 years in EIL, while working as a Resident Construction Manager and over all in charge for PMC services for LNG terminal at Kochi, from Engineers India Limited and relieved from Linde Engg as Resident Construction Manager for SRU Project for HPCL, Mumbai in October 2011.
Expetise: Mr. Mathai has a vast experience in Refinery & Petrochemical Project, Construction and Consultancy works. A proven Construction supervisor, he has Consultancy experience in the fields of Oil Refineries, Petrochemical Complex, Alumina Refineries, Alumina Smelter Project, Power plant, Water and Waste Water plants, township building construction and utility and off site Projects in India and overseas. He has also achieved 3 times safety awards in Shell GTL Project at Qatar.
